Hi, I’m Jacob.
BEHIND THE CAMERA
Photography has been part of my life for years, but the way I see people has also been shaped by a career spent serving them.
Outside of photography, I’m a full-time law enforcement officer, and that experience has introduced me to people from every walk of life—often during moments that matter. It has reinforced something I’ve always believed: every person has a story.
That perspective follows me behind the camera. Whether I’m photographing a graduating senior, an athlete, a professional, or a family, my goal is to create more than a good photograph. I want to preserve something honest about who that person is in this moment.
Over the years, I’ve photographed everything from portraits and athletes to events, products, and places. But I’ve always been drawn back to people. No two people are exactly alike, and that individuality is what I want my photographs to preserve.
That belief is at the heart of JBW Imagery.
